Please take a few minutes to review our Terms each time you use the Gilbert Distribution website and whenever you purchase products from us. Your use of our Web Site constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by these Terms.  We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.  

Making A Purchase:  Browse our product pages, enter the desired quantity of a selected product and click on the basket icon.  You'll then have the option to "Keep Shopping", go to "My Basket" or go to "Checkout" where you will be asked a few more details.

Product Pricing:  All merchandise sold at Gilbert Distribution is priced in US  Dollars (USD). Prices are listed as Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Authorized retailers and wholesalers receive a "keystone" discount or other previously agreed to discount.  This discount is not displayed on order documentation but it will be displayed on the applicable credit card receipt / account once the discount status has been verified at our sales office.  

Payment Method:  We only accept credit card payments, OR charges to authorised credit accounts .  If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and American Express.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.  Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.  You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling:  All orders are shipped F.O.B Shelton CT., and becomes the property of the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier.  While we ship primarily by UPS. DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF SHIPPING SMALL ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY, WE CAN ONLY NORMALLY SHIP TO THE U.S. AND CANADA.  We cannot ship to a Post Office Box without the address associated with the PO box. We will ship by the best way possible based the weight of your order, unless otherwise specified.  Shipping Charges are Listed Below:

$15.01 to $35.00: $15.50

$35.01 to $75.00: $20.00

$75.01 to $100.00: $22.50

$100.01 to $150.00: $25.00

$150.01 to $170.00: $30.00

$170.01 to $200.00: $37.00

$200.01 to $400.00: $46.00

$400.01 to $600.00: $65.00

Over $600.00, $100.00, will be charged by the web shop, and we will contact you if a different  price will apply.

Delivery Schedule:  We will ship your order normally within 5 business days.

Back Orders:  If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will ship backorders when they come into stock, unless we have instructions from you to cancel the backorder.

Tax Charges:  As an Internet retailer, we do not charge sales tax except to residents of Connecticut.  The Connecticut sales tax rate is 6.35%.

Credit Card Security:  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Gilbert Distribution accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express Credit Cards.  All credit card charges resulting from purchases on this site will appear as originating from Gilbert Distribution on your monthly statement.  All merchandise sold on Gilbert Distribution is priced in United States Dollars (USD), E&OE.  We do not accept personal checks, money orders or COD at this time.

Gilbert Distribution is required to collect sales tax on purchases made by Connecticut residents.  The sales tax rate is 6.35% and is automatically added to the shopping card total.  If you are not a resident of Connecticut, please eliminate the sales tax at the time of purchase.

The receipt of an email confirmation by Gilbert Distribution does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell.  Gilbert Distribution reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any item.

Privacy Policy:  Gilbert Distribution will not disclose buyers' information to third parties, unless required by law.  Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy:  Gilbert Distribution guarantees your personal satisfaction on all purchases made through our website.  You may return any item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the net cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges.  Shipping and handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.  All returns must be pre-approved by email. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs with insurance added.  We can only honor the return if the merchandise being returned is in re-saleable condition when it arrives in our warehouse.  A restocking fee of 15% may be applicable.

All returns must be authorized by Gilbert Distribution.  You will be emailed a return information form which will have an authorization number on it.  Please include this form with the item.  We also must have the original packing slip with your return.  Please wrap the package securely.  All returns must be shipped by UPS.  All Returns must say "Gilbert Distribution Return"
